Public Schools |
The Branson School
District is classified as "accredited" by the Missouri
Department of Education under the Missouri School Improvement
Program Standards. Enrollment for the 2001-2002 school year
stands at 2,997.
Current facilities include three campuses. Grades K-6 are
housed on the Cedar Ridge Elementary campus located just off
Missouri Highway 248. Grades seven and eight occupy the former
High School, which is just off Highway 65. We opened our new
High School in March 2002. The district's newest facility
can accommodate 1,200 students and is equipped with state
of the art technology to meet the educational needs of our
scholars. The High School is located on Buchanan Road - just
off Highway 65 - approximately one mile north of the Junior
High School. |

Hollister

Located on one
campus, the total enrollment for the accredited Hollister Missouri
public school is 1,186. |

Ozark
R-VI |
The Ozark Tigers
play from 7 campuses. Total enrollment is 3,704. The Ozark R-VI
School District is located in Southwest Missouri in Christian
County. The school district contains 90 square miles in the
beautiful Ozarks and surrounds the county seat of Christian
County- Ozark. Christian County experiences rapid growth, and
each of the Ozark schools strives to stay abreast of that growth.
The administration and the Board of Education continue to update
programs that conform to the Missouri School Improvement Program
(MSIP). The evaluation occurs every five years. In the spring
of 1999 the district's programs were accredited with distinction
for improvement of performance. |
